A man walks past the Prince Hall Masonic Lodge. John Wesley Dobbs, dubbed the unofficial mayor of Sweet Auburn, erected this building in 1937 while he was Grand Master. Dobbs used this building in his work to galvanize African-American political power in Atlanta.
