We the undersigned people of conscience and goodwill petition the Legislature and Governor of Alabama to change the name of the Edmund Pettis Bridge which honors a former Grand Dragon of the Ku Klux Klan to the Amelia Boynton Robinson Bridge in honor of a courageous advocate for voting rights and human dignity.
