Pre-Registration: Pilgrimage of History and Hope to Grenada

IBW is currently negotiating with an airline and hotel to accommodate a 50-person tour group for May 14–18, 2025, available on a first-come, first-served basis based on deposit or full payment. See details, important notes, and the pre-registration form below.

Pre-Registration Info

This 4-day package includes:

  • Round-trip airfare (from JFK International Airport, New York)
  • Lodging (double occupancy or single for an additional fee)
  • Daily full breakfast
  • Ground transportation
  • All cultural and historical events

Estimated Pricing:

  • Double Occupancy: $1,299.00 per person (participants must identify their own roommates)
  • Single Occupancy: $1,699.00 per person
  • Final rate is subject to change based on agreements with the airline and hotel.

Important Notes:

  • Participants outside the greater New York area must arrange their own travel to JFK.
  • Once final rates are confirmed, payments can be made in full online via credit card or a 50% deposit, with the balance due by the final payment deadline.
