The Institute of the Black World 21st Century invites you to be a part of one of the century’s great gatherings of Black people in the U.S. and globally, the State of the Black World Conference V, organized around the theme Global Africans Rising: Empowerment, Reparations and Healing.
This is a five-day conference to address eight issue areas: 1. Reimagining Public Safety and Law Enforcement 2. Gun Violence and Fratricide 3. Gentrification 4. Environmental Justice Climate Change and Water as A Human Right 5. Socially Responsible Entrepreneurship 6. Making Black Lives Matter 7. The Role of Hip Hop in the Black Freedom Struggle and 8. Building the U.S. and Global Reparations Movement.
In the spirit of Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics), the IBW21 African Market Place will be comprised of businesses owned by our people for our people. However, the Market Place will be in a prime spot in the lobby of one of Baltimore’s leading convention centers located in the Inner Harbor of the city. Foot traffic will be optimum and shoppers will include not just conference attendees but also hotel guests and members of the community.

Cost includes 10′ x 10′ vendor space for a duration of 4.5 (four and a half) days. Merchants will be provided with one (1) table and two (2) chairs. Double booth option available.
